Striker Luciano Viei is already in Valencia to pass medical examinations and sign his contract with the Primera Liga team. Argentina`s Atletico Madrid has been allowed to negotiate a transfer to Mestya after the last campaign was transferred to Seville.
It is expected that the 24-year-old will play for rent in Valencia by the end of the season. In the summer of 2018 the `white-black` will have the opportunity to redeem it for 14 million euros.
