PSG refused to cancel fans` season tickets after the incident with the banner about Palestine. According to L`Equipe, some fans and companies located in boxes or VIP seats at the stadium were shocked and expressed dissatisfaction with what happened at the stadium. PSG received dozens of letters, some of which threatened to cancel existing season tickets.
The club responded by refusing to cancel season tickets, citing the fact that the requests did not comply with the general conditions of sale. In its letter, PSG stressed that it intends to take all necessary measures to ensure that future matches live up to its commitment to passion, respect and inclusivity.
According to PSG, there were fewer than 50 complaints and not a single season ticket cancellation.
