The Birmingham Stallions beat the Michigan Panthers in the USFL Conference Finals, 31 to 18.
The Panthers led 18-3 at halftime, but did not score a single point in the second half. The Stallions scored 28 unanswered points.
During the game, Birmingham`s starting quarterback Adrien Martinez was replaced by Matt Corral. He completed 9 of 11 passes for 120 yards with 2 touchdowns and an interception.
Corral was selected in the 3rd round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers. He did not play in his debut season due to injury, and was subsequently released.
