The hosts gave the Timberwolves 126:127 after the sequel, and expected to star in the evening all night was the stellar summer replenishment of the New York team.
The former Cleveland and Boston guard started his career on the nets in an incredible way, racking up 50 points in 38 minutes, but missed a shot that could have won his team victory.
